Quality Measures Reporting Table
This quality measures table lists required and proposed quality measures included in Prospective Payment System, Value Based Purchasing and HITECH Meaningful Use rules. The table shows the date each measure will first be used for payment purposes and when data collection begins for the measure. The table was updated after the final rules for OPPS, ACS PPS IRF PPS and ESRD PPS were released in November 2012.

HealthGrades provides ratings and profiles of hospitals, nursing homes, and physicians to consumers, corporations, health plans, and hospitals. Millions of consumers use HealthGrades' independent ratings to make health care decisions.

Consumers Checkbook
Consumers Checkbook is a nonprofit consumer organization. The Center publishes national guides, including Guide to Health Plans for Federal Employees, Guide to Top Doctors, and Consumers’ Guide to Hospitals. These guides are available in book form and online.
