IHI Node
The IPSC is the Indiana "node" or hub for the Institute for Healthcare Improvement's campaigns and related initiatives. Over the past five years, campaign interventions have included:

•Preventing methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection (MRSA)
•Reducing harm from high-alert medications
•Reducing surgical complications
•Preventing pressure ulcers
•Delivering reliable, evidence-based care for congestive heart failure
•Getting hospital "boards on board"
•All six interventions of the IHI 100,000 Lives Campaign

IHI Improvement Map
The Institute for Healthcare Improvement has launched a new tool called the Improvement Map. The Improvement Map is designed to help hospital leaders navigate their change agenda by establishing priorities, organizing work, and optimizing resources. The online tool distills the best knowledge available on the key process improvements that will lead to better outcomes for patients. The map includes more than 60 processes. Learn more.
