Council on Quality and Patient Safety This IHA Council advises the work of the Indiana Patient Safety Center. This Council also monitors activities of organizations that impact members’ quality improvement activities.

Regional Coalitions Regional patient safety coalitions are active across the state of Indiana. The 10 coalitions are working on patient safety efforts including many that align with the Partnership for Patients.
