IHA's Coalition for Care, in partnership with the American Hospital Association and the Health Research & Educational Trust, is delighted that you have joined our Hospital Engagement Network to help us achieve our collective goal of reducing patient harm by 40 percent and readmissions by 20 percent by 2013! With more than 1,600 hospitals in 32 states, we know that by learning and sharing together—all teach, all learn—we will accomplish these objectives for our patients. All our programs and activities are offered at no cost as they are supported by a contract from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ Partnership for Patients campaign.
